

At Topaz’s Beauty, your appointments and trainings are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for service cancellations or rescheduling.
CANCELLATIONS (Services)
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50%
cancellation fee of the total service booked.
NO-SHOWS (Services)
If you do not show up to your appointment without any notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to pay a deposit to book future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on our availability. In this case, a late fee may apply or a portion of your service may be forfeited.
DEPOSITS (Services)
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit will go toward your service total. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show, the deposit will be forfeited.
TRAINING CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the limited availability and preparation involved in our trainings, all training deposits and payments are strictly non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your training:
• Notice must be given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training date.
• Rescheduling is allowed one time only.
• A rescheduling fee may apply.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training date will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
If a student does not show up on the scheduled training date, all payments will be forfeited and the training will not be rescheduled.
Seats for trainings are limited and secured only once the deposit or full payment is received.
SICKNESS & EMERGENCIES
If you are feeling sick, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your service appointment. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate you; however, repeat last-minute cancellations or no-shows will still be charged accordingly.
For trainings, emergency situations will be reviewed case by case at management’s discretion.
By booking a service or enrolling in a training with Topaz’s Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
